THERE IS NO WARRANTY STATED OR IMPLIED DUE TO THE UNUSUAL STRESSES PLACED ON RACING PARTS AND THE UNCERTAINTY OF HOW THEY ARE INSTALLED OR USED. While Hussey Performance products are used in many applications using super-chargers, turbos or nitrous successfully, please be aware that there is a greater potential for engine damage due to the possibility of tuning errors, parts used in any marine, competition or nitrous and power adder applications.

Hussey Performance MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING PARTS. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IT IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF, AND Hussey Performance HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event will Hussey Performance be liable for any claim of any kind for direct or indirect incidental, consequential or special damages, whether known or unknown, including without limitation, cost of labor, installation, disassembly, lost revenues and profits, loss of property, production, or injury to persons and/or property.
