Copper Gaskets-

All gaskets are sold individually and made-to-order ensuring you get exactly what you need.

• We can manufacturer any bore size.
• We stock thicknesses from .030” up to .125” in .001” increments.
• Temper specific to application.
• We do all in-house annealing to get the exact “softness” required for your engine.
• Pricing is based on the size, thickness, and quantity of gaskets.
• We can reproduce old gaskets if we do not already have a drawing for it.

Oil Pan and Valve Cover Gaskets

We use compressed micropore material. It is a is a solvent-free, high performance gasket material. It was developed for steam, water, oil, and chemical resistance in Original Equipment and Industrial applications. It has exceptional sealability, torque retention, crush and blowout resistance, and is intended for applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 350°C (650°F). Thickness is .093”.
